Christmas Returns Policy
Shop with confidence this season with our extended Christmas returns policy. In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online at between Friday 1st November 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until (and including) Sunday 5th January 2025 or the usual 30 days depending on which is longer.
Please ensure that any unwanted gifts are unused, in their original packaging and still have all tags attached - as per our standard returns policy.
All Returns are subject to a 30 day policy.
Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights. True Motion UK has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.
- Items purchased online must be returned via the online Returns portal.
- Items purchased from a True Motion UK authorised partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.
We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
- A full price item purchased at Truemotionrunning.co.uk
- Returned within 30 days of purchase.
- In original purchased condition with tags attached.
- In original & undamaged packaging
- Has not been worn
- Not damaged in any way
**IMPORTANT** True Motion UK takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely.
Email us at hello@truemotionrunning.co.uk with your order number, name and reason for return and what items you’re returning to get the ball rolling.
Its FREE to return! Once you’ve advised us of your return, please visit our Returns portal and follow the Instructions. Print your returns label at home or at the Post office.
If you have requested a Refund, please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your original account used to make the purchase.
If you didn’t purchase your True Motion from truemotionrunning.co.uk, please contact and return your product to the place you originally purchased it. We can’t accept international returns sorry.
True Motion UK takes no responsibility for returned items that have not been returned via our Royal Mail Returns Portal. We recommend you obtain postal insurance before sending the items if using a different service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
REFUND
We are happy to offer a full refund on all full priced items, for up to 30 days from purchase provided the items meet the above requirements.
Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
Item/s that were bought during a discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.
WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE REFUNDED?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return at True Motion UK. Once one of our specialists have confirmed it complies with our returns policy, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within 10 business days
I THINK MY ITEM MIGHT BE FAULTY?
Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights, under consumer Law. If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request under our returns portal.
